[Since it has been reasonably nice out the past few days, Ruby has decided to use the reprieve from normal winter weather to take his water pokemon for an outing to play in the deeper parts of the river where the ice has thawed.
So, here we have a Ruby with a tripod tucked under one arm and a scrapbook tucked in the other. Two enormous fish monsters are trailing behind him.
