He roars at this, and in the same movement that he turned, Gorehowl comes down to launch a blind Shockwave into the trees at... whatever that was. So there's a bit blast of force (Air? Who knows?) probably knocking over trees and all that good stuff from where the axe connects with the Earth. It's not aimed at anything, but it is potent]
